Matured for 17 years in carefully selected ex-bourbon barrels, this single malt is then transferred into delicate, highly porous Japanese Mizunara oak — a wood revered for the depth, complexity, and subtle incense-like notes it brings. Famously difficult to source and even harder to cooper, Mizunara rewards craftsmanship with flavours found nowhere else.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
