FAQ's

Standard delivery (1-3 days) is €6.95 

Next-day delivery (Monday – Friday) is €8.95. Orders must be placed by 2pm.

If we deliver the wrong product, a product is faulty or defective or is not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving and we will either replace or resend the items or organize a full refund once the goods are returned to us.

Orders can be cancelled from the time they were placed up until 14 days after you receive your goods.  

To cancel an order before it is dispatched, please send email to customersupport@glendaloughdistillery.com with your order number and your name and we will refund the full value of your order where payment has already been processed. 

To cancel an order after receipt of the delivery of the product, please email customersupport@glendaloughdistillery.com with your name, order number and the reason for returning the products and the date of return to our warehouse via courier.  

We will refund you the full value within 14 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse once the following conditions are met: 

  • Products must be unopened, unused and undamaged. 
  • Products must be in their original packaging with any health or safety seals or security seals intact. 
  • You must include a printed copy of the sales invoice with the returned goods highlighted. 
  • You shall be liable for any damage caused to the products prior to their return any such used or damaged products shall not be eligible for a refund.  

You are liable for the courier costs of returning the products.

If you paid for standard delivery when you made the order, we will refund this if you return it. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, you will have to pay the difference. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement other than the costs of returning the product.
