
COCKTAIL RECIPE
Pot Still Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey
30 ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
15 ml egg white (or egg substitute)
Garnish: Fresh orange slice
GLASSWARE
Tumbler with a heavy bottom.
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.
Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a fresh orange slice.
