22.5ml Elderflower Cordial
60ml Champagne or Prosecco
30ml Soda water
1 large mint sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour in chilled Champagne and elderflower cordial.

Next, layer with the beautifully crafted Glendalough Wild Rose Gin.

Finish with a splash of refreshing soda water.

Give it a gentle stir, then garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
