INGREDIENTS
50 ml Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cinnamon stick, snapped in half
1 lemon slice with 4-5 inserted into the flesh
Boiled water, to fill glass
GLASSWARE
Heatproof glass.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey, honey, cinnamon, and clove studded lemon slice to a glass.
Fill to the brim with boiled water and stir gently.
