GINTERESTING SERIES

As a craft distillery, with a small gin still, surrounded by mountains full of wild ingredients, we can't help experimenting sometimes. As a result, we find ourselves bottling some limited edition, experiments from time to time.

We call them the "Ginteresting Series". So far we've released Dillisk (sea weed), Sloe, Beech Leaf, and Wild Blackberry & Mountain Heather Gins.

While we have countless experiments waiting in the wings, most are only available through our online shop, these are very limited releases of small batches that sell out fast.
