30ml Campari

30ml Sweet Vermouth

Garnish: Orange Peel

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin, Campari and Vermouth to a tumbler mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain slowly into a tumbler glass with large ice cubes.

Garnish with orange peel.
