
COCKTAIL RECIPE
Rose & Raspberry Fizz

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Gin
15 ml Raspberry Syrup
15 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Aperol
Top with Soda Water
GLASSWARE
Highball glass
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients (except soda) in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a highball glass and add the soda water.
Garnish with a raspberry and a freshly torn sprig of mint.
