INGREDIENTS

60 ml Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Gin

10 ml Dry Vermouth

15 ml St Germaine Liqueur

GLASSWARE

Nick & Nora cocktail glass.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir well.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or rose petal.
