In honour of St Patrick's week, or perhaps more so the day after, this weeks cocktail is the 'Irish Penicillin'. Created by Brooke Baker of NYC's famous, Dead Rabbit.
- 2 oz Glendalough Double Barrel
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz honey syrup
- .5 oz ginger syrup
- 3 dashes lapsang tincture
Shaken and strained into chilled Rocks Glass with two large ice cubes.
