The last bar we knocked into on a whirlwind trip to Italy last week was Freni e Frizioni, Rome (www.freniefrizioni.com). Riccardo Rossi created this little gem for us and it was so good we promised it would be our next Cocktail of the Week.

Glass: Coupe

 

Ingredients:

30ml Glendalough Poitín,  

30ml Sipsmith Sloe Gin

30ml Vermouth del Professore Rosso

2 dashes Cardamom Bitter

 

Method: Stir ingredients and strain.
