A twist on the classic Navy Grog, this cocktail was voted best cocktail during the Dublin Cocktail Festival. A mouth watering creation by Aaron Hayden of Peruke & Periwig (www.peruke.ie) Dublin.

Glass: Rocks Glass

 

Ingredients:

40ml Glendalough Double Barrel,  

30ml Grapefruit Juice

20ml Lemon juice

15ml Caramel

10ml Amaretto

2 drops peychaud bitters

 

Method:

Shake and strain into rocks glass, garnish with grapefruit and mint sprig.
