Fantastically named and delicious to boot. This cocktail was developed by Josh Cowan of the Luggage Room, based in London.

Glass: Highball

Ingredients:

50ml Glendalough Double Barrel

25ml Rioja Reserva Wine

20ml Lemon Juice

10ml Home-made Lemon Sherbet

10ml Oloroso Sherry

5ml Pure Ginger Extract

 

Method:

Add the ingredients into your shaker with no ice - the sherbet will chill it for you.

Shake and straight pour into your highball glass with a lemon sugar rim.
